Hi,

I am looking for a battery friendly profile for my 3t. I have attached the frequency steps. Hope you can help me.

Thanks
Ok thanks. I will take a look on it next week. I'm a little bit busy at the moment.
I will give you the correct parameters for interactive X and interactive X battery on 3t then. Or someone is faster and could do that earlier...

ZZmove reactive v1 is my Daily Driver Profil , very smooth and Battery friendly. Is further development still going on?
I think not in the near future. I also need some more tuneable for zzmoove to make a significant new profile.
But especially with zzmoove reactive you are free to change cpu frequencies or input boost to get a new feeling. The tuneable will adapt to the settings.

Greetings Peterle

Hi Boefflaner,

it's time to push the thread again!
To complete the X concept I have to add the missing interactive profiles. They have exactly the same values like impulse X, so I will not introduce the concept again.

Enjoy the X concept on the stock Android governor! :fingers-crossed:

@v7
Please, please take some time for our thread again to add the other missing profiles to the OP. Then the thread is clear again. Thanks brother!
@The Peterle I am really happy using the InteractiveX_battery (modded to the nearest freq's) on my Oneplus5. Awesome work. I am amazed to see that i am able to constantly achieve 12+hrs SOT with my usage. However, the only time i really think of tweaking the profile values is when i play Hill Climb 2. Most of the times, it works perfect but at times (25%) i witness minute graphical lags. Could you pls suggest on what can i tweak in the InteractiveX_batt to get rid of those lags. I initially thought of trying the InteractiveX_ballanced but the great SOT's that i get on InteractiveX_batt don't let me give it up so easily.

I have attached my profile below and stock freq's on Oneplus5

First of all thank you to try to port the interactive X concept to the oneplus 5.

I could guess some problems with your profile. Please check this:

1. Please turn off doze mode. It is the biggest break of android fluently system and effectively tweaking.

2. Which interactive X profile do you have ported? If it is battery, then you have to put down the cpu frequencies of Little.big to 1200mhz. I saw you got the high frequency on big.

3. The middle frequency of interactive X battery should 600mhz on both.

4. If you are trying to port the normal interactive X I would use 960mhz for Little and 1420mhz for big cpu middle frequencies.

Good luck with tweaking!

It's a balanced profile. To make it battery friendly you can easily put the cpu frequency down for example to 1200mhz.

What other changes would you recommend to make this battery friendly apart from the max frequency step down?

Thanks for the tips ! Really helpful. I am now trying the Zzmove Reactive to see it yields better results.

You can use Zzmoove reactive profile from here. I think the mainly parameters are for multi devices. You can could play around with cpu frequencies or the input boost.

Just write a PM, I'd be happy to help out... :)

Hi mate,
I have ported the frequencies of 3T to the interactive X tunables. You only have to put in each tuneable to the 3T config app for making an interactive X profile. Please note that the Little has 979000mhz as middle frequency and 1286000mhz for big middle frequency. Input boost should be off to save battery and low memory killer settings is increased for 10mb each step. The little maximum frequency should be 2188000mhz and the big maximum frequency has 2342000mhz.

Good luck with governor tweaking!

If all goes well, we can also port interactive X battery to 3T.

Greetings Peterle

PS: With PM I don't have any image support.

Thanks for your response :) appreciated as always!
Yeah, PM has this annoying no-media limitation, I didn't thought about this... It's anyways a better solution to post this publicly, so others have the possibility to check this settings too and confirm or deny it's proper functioning, as my standard setup is either RR or PEAX I'm unsure about the testing environment, is it necessary to flash OOS or lineageOS for testing purposes?

Edit: so far so good, I edited the governer tunables according to your preset running on Varun Date's weekly RR, let's see what happens...

I would say it should be a stable system. If you don't have a problem with the maximum frequencies on your system yet, it should also work with this settings.

Since I switched from a 2 to a 3t the persistent issue with the max frequencies is gone :)

@The Peterle
Not sure if this is how it's supposed to be, the middle frequencies are not or only barely touched...
These tables are the workloads of more than 4 hours normal / light usage, system itself is snappy and behaves generally pretty good, monitored the energy consumption and its slightly more than my balanced setups with EX or Render kernel, it's really just a difference +1% / hour with active use and about +0,3%/hour in idle usage, I checked since last night even the screenshots show parts of this...
Will continue to observe :)
Suggestions are welcome!
