I don't know. Try delete and add new face. Or, try clearing only cache from recovery.

The problem e doesnt save any face, says there is an error when the camera has been on for a few seconds and starts again.
I already did it but it still doesn't work, I also did the wipe cache, but it didn't work either.
I can't think anything else. Maybe it's a fault of the stock rom. Try the Pixel rom. Is quite the same with the Elixir.
No problem, I'll wait for the next update to see if it's fixed and then I will think what to do.
I have now the same problem like you. Was trying to flash stock rom and stack in :FAILED (remote: 'Partition not found'):. Can flash all the other img files, just superxxx files i can`t. I have tried many firmwares. Always the same. Did you get solution last time you asked me? If yes, please send me. Thanks
Hi. I had this rom from the beggining. After the last update, something crashes and the phone starts blocking. So decided to start over, flashing stock rom and after some custom rom. Im trying all the roms for rmx 2086 (is my phone), but imposible to fix the phone. (stacked in fastboot). With the fastboot way, i can flash all the img files, exept the superxxx files. (partition not found). Trying with realme flash tool, says :directory not found:. So, i think that im not finding the right firmware. I have tried that before and worked. This time, i cant. Maybe i must try firmware for rmx2081 or rmx 2085? The Elixir that i had says rmx 2081. What to do? Thanks

Fixed the problem. I think i found the problem. Saving the phone from softbrick( before flashing this custom rom), i have flashed wrong stock firmware. (Some without NFC, not like the original one, with NFC). So, now, i flashed again some stock rom (with NFC), and after flashed the custom rom. Tried two roms ( Elixir and Pixel ver. 5.2) and both has NFC after. So, the stock rom must have NFC, so the custom rom to have too.1
