I can get the phone in qualcomm 9008 mode but the problem is I can't flash it because access is denied. And I'm trying this on windows 7.
I am trying today again and I could see it progress fine but when trying to patching using patch0.xml it shows below error. full logs are inline

Run with Admin rights still can't access Com 10. Came up with the error "Failed to open Com Port Handle".
One day my phone got switched off due to low battery(from 100% to 0% only in 10 min) so can it be a PCB problem PCB get hot above the heat front metal covers
Anyway now it doesn't show anything except red notification light when charger is connected and it gets off when I insert battery
One time it booted upto you logo but it didn't showed in pc
Then I pressed vol+ while connected to pc then you logo disappeared
Now same nothing except the red notification light
(From many days the battery was discharging at very fast rate although the battery was new)
