there is no rom for the hako pro.. it is a certified box that comes with android tv by default.

But there is rom for x96 max x4 and transpeed x4.

Any of this Roms of slimbox have been test on h96max x4 since its the Same cpu and gpu?

there isnt a rom made for that box yet..

i found a post that says that the rom for the transpeed x4s will work tho.. might be worth testing.

-Is is a Widget or a Tile shortcut
-Can you "Long-Press" on the Rocket Booster for options to remove?
Many ATV Launchers have setting to add + and remove - tiles on the desktop.


Pre-installed-bloatware-apps are stored in /system/app with privileged apps in /system/priv-app
- Possibly delete Rocket Booster app from one of these folders and do a system reset(Deletes all data). Set up your China Box again?
(Delete only app and reboot may leave a blank tile/object)

-Change your default Launcher.

Playing around with these topics can lead to a "Bootloop"
Know how to "Restore" or "Unbrick" your China Box !

54.9 does not work on X88 King S922 Box, loads up to the launcher and loads again, just keeps reloading.
Even tried clean flash, same results

Don't think there was Android 9???

Doesn't matter.
If your China Box is not listed at slimboxtv
Then you have to research your Box Hardware and try best match listed in
Firmware section slimboxtv S905X2 CPU.

Most important is Ram chipset
Then
Ethernet
Wifi
Bluetooth


When testing you a usb mouse or keyboard.
You will have varying results
Odds of matching remote config are nil.

So need external to navigate UI.

Don't try anything unless you head ReaperMans warning

**Always know how to recover/ unbrick/restore factory firmware.
Before playing around.

You may have to open your China Box and look at the chips and Version printed on the PCB .
There is a modded sbx v9.6 for A95X F2.. I'm not sure how similar it is???

The transpeed x4 room works good on h96 max x4 but I think the vontar x4 is the better choice.

WiFi and BT works. AP6356S AP6356

The only problems are as follows:

Ram: Only 2 out of 4 GB is shown.

LAN not working.

Can you do something there?

I still have a question in the bar at the top, how do you switch off the hardware information in the bar, or hide it completely?

The Rom you are testing A95x F2 is only
2/16
Your Box is 4/32
So system only looks for/needs to read 2 gigs of Ram.

Ethernet lan is a whole different story.
Maybe try USB Ethernet Dongle if you really need wired .
It's possible a Rom from another S905X2 will yield working Lan.
However you may lose wifi/bluetooth..
So is a coin toss...

I recently installed the AOSP version on my x92s, the next day for some reason it went into recovery mode due to some system error. I had to do a reset.

But my question is: is there any option for it to go into sleep mode after a few minutes or will I always have to use the screen saver?

There is a bug in the settings when using a touch monitor, when pressing the back button, it exits the settings instead of returning to the previous option.
