You only overwrite the media_profiles.xml file if you are installing V2. I did the same thing. I replaced the original file and re installed the new camera apk by Kevinrocksman and that fixed me right up.Yes I did and still fc

Just as a test follow all the instructions again. As soon as u copy it over and set permissions go to recover and wipe dalvik and cache. Then go to repair permissions (under recovery) then rebootYes I did and still fc

I'm installing V3.2....so what would I do with the media_profiles.XML?You only overwrite the media_profiles.xml file if you are installing V2. I did the same thing. I replaced the original file and re installed the new camera apk by Kevinrocksman and that fixed me right up.
Nothing. It's confusing, I know. But V2 is the only one that needs media_profiles.xml overwritten. Make sure your media_profiles.xml fike is the stock one, and delete the SamsungCamera4 apk, then replace it with the one from Kevinrocksman. Set permissions to rw-r-r. Reboot and enjoy.I'm installing V3.2....so what would I do with the media_profiles.XML?
