Yes, it can be rooted. You need to install phh super user from playstore after flashing.

I try to flash magisk 16.zip on this rom but it not work, when i reboot it will be bootloop

Question, not sure if you guys have tried this, but is it possible to maybe run a Treble HTC U11 ROM on the U11+? Hardware wise they're pretty similar, and the U11 gets way more support than this phone.

I don't think you can, u11 has oreo but not real treble, u11+ is native oreo with different partitions. If anything u12+ roms can be easily ported

Playstore can not download app via mobile data and wifi.(I must to restart devices before install app.)

So I just backup my actual rom in twrp and flash the latest treble rom, so just in case I didn't like it I can revert back by restoring my backup?
