The spacings are not correct, the long blue tile tile has more space above than under it. i think this is just an "app" which looks like the new start screen. an silverlight app with sum hub tiles, changing and rotating, because the rotation is also not like windows phone 8. so it could only be fanmade.

Its definitely an app probably running on Android. Thats the ****ty OS which lets you do things like these.
Buy android and put fake launchers on it...like iphone and win phone !

Dear AndrewSh. Videos that issue does not belong to me. If you look you see the resource belongs to someone else. We do not know how we were not disclosed.
