Hotspot Problem

how to fix the hotspot??
please help

Open Magisk Manager
Choose "Download"
Then, search : Tethering Enabler
choose Install

Still not working, it always get stuck on getting ip address when other device trying to connect to the hotspot

After some weeks using it, I believe it's the best rom available for our device.
Very responsive, battery life is great and the performance is terrific.
There are some problems tough...

I successfuly switched its SuperSU to Magisk, but I couldn't for the life of me make it to pass Safety Net test (though it was hard with MIUI too, but I did it). Both integrity and CTS accuse false.
The camera bugs a little, even with 3rd party apps, and the torch is very very dark (almost only visible when in total darkness) though the flash works fine when taking photos.
Also, the buttons are different from usual and even when I tried to change it with Xposed (no, I wasn't trying to pass Safety Net while Xposed was installed) or editing the key layout files I couldn't get it to work right (got close), so I ended up disabling the keys and using the navbar.

These are the two bugs that I've found, but for me the first two are a huge deal, and for that I'm going back to MIUI... If it can be solved, I'll return to it without thinking twice!

My device locked -_- it shows this device Belongs to mi account and i forgot password. Can you help me with this? I need any custom rom which i can flash using sp flash tool or is it possible to remove existing mi account and add new one?

It does not have root access and DPI values ​​are not the normal, and excellent ROM of the best.
