promiscuous mode

Anyone got an idea if it is (will be ever) possible to fumble out a driver for our Kaisers to get such a neat little tool like this one here to work?

Odds are good it is already enabled. "Promiscuous Mode" is a very, very old setting from Token Ring days.

Just cause it's old doesn't mean that it is on. The card and the driver have to support being able to turn it on.

Same goes for wireless sniffing on the PC's. Products like Network General have a list of cards that can do promiscuous and require you to use their driver as well.
