Prompts on Call forwarding

Hi, I was considering getting one of these on Swappa, I just want to root the original ROM and modify it with Xposed and add a few goodies like Tasker,.

So the question is, when you use call forwarding does it always bring up the annoying prompt asking if you want to forward calls off and on?
