Proper RIL for UCMC1?

Where can I get the right RIL and/or CSC (if I need that) for the UCMC1 radio?

I have a RILJ wakelock killing my battery right now.

Ok, I think I solved it by reflashing ROM, kernel, then radio. Not sure which one includes the RIL but that was easy enough.

Ril is included with the ROM lol, all he latest ones are using ucmc1
