Proper Verizon Xoom 3.2.2 rooting guide available?

All right I think I've figured this out, and for everyone having issues I'm going to post the steps I took.

First, I followed these instructions to unlock the bootloader: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=967065
Then, I installed Clockwork Recovery: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1038870
And finally, I flashed this image using Clockwork: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1242524

That rom has caused alot of issues.
Everything from breaking wifi, to breaking 3g and 4g connections.

Unlock boot loader, flash recovery then use the universal root method (only safe way at the moment).

No kernals are 100% working atm.

I haven't seen any issues with it so far.
