MIne's been turning on whenever my hand gets near it lately. Also when driving down the highway and theres a slight bump i see it tturning on and off.

I haven't had these bug, never in CM, never in stock MM and soaks.

Try a factory reset as a simplest test. You could also try clearing the cache in stock recovery first. Sometimes that fixes simple glitches like that. If the factory reset fixes it then perfect. If it doesn't try contacting Moto as it's probably still under warranty for repair if you haven't unlocked your bootloader.
