is the proxy down?
I get a web message asking me to turn off proxy when I attempt to use it.
I'm having a lot of issues with Xbox music at the moment and want to use Nokia music

I was able to install HTC hub on my Lumia, but it said I had a network error, so I'm sure somebody can mod it to work on our phones

go into WiFi in settings and select your connection. Turn on proxy and enter the information.

Anybody tried to run their own Fiddler and edit responses on their own? It would've been cool if somebody could share their knowledge on running fiddler and replacing device identifiers in responses on their own machines.

Um yeah, many (many!) months ago, before any of these all-in-one solutions. You can read the threads about it, if you want to, they aren't hard to find.

For what it's worth, I found Burp Suite easier to use - it's got built-in rewriting rules, which are handy here - but any HTTPS proxy can do it.

So I have been able to install the stripped down versions of the assorted diagnostics apps on my Lumia 928, i.e. just standard capabilities and both Reker's proxy and Sys App Pusher app with no proxy can get a recognition from the store but only to Share as the version numbers are current. Even managed to do this with the Samsung Diagnosis App once using Fiddler but have not accomplished since. I have no idea how to change the version number to get a possible update or if an update with full capabilities is even possible. I'm assuming the app would have to be rebuilt with the version number downgraded as simply changing the WMAppManifest.xml doesn't work. I tried with the Sprint Diagnostics app. I'm sure rebuilding an OEM app may be seen as unethical or even illegal but just a thought.

It's useless, because Nokia doesn't have FCRouter service. Without this Samsung service Diagnosis app isn't functional.

I've tried with a few US proxies that work on the PC, Phone set region to USA, and SysApp Pusher to gain access to Nokia Camera app, but still says I can not have it

I did find a proxy last night that showed me the app without the "Not available" info, but there was no Install button either

Might be a case of finding a proxy that the Store doesn't know is a proxy, or maybe make a VPN connection on the PC and connect via wifi hotspot

piracy also higher prices for new models Lumia than other countries
check prices in official Nokia dealerships in different countries and see differences... when big companies steal and rob own customers this is normal...
