Bro after flashing if it's stuck then you must boot into recovery (miui recovery if you flashed a gsi) and wipe data and format data .
That didn't work..but i finally booted into lineage os Android 13. But i was missing key features such as magnetic cover screen wake up (which is a must for my tablet) and per app audio. Also i think miui 14 is more optimised for bigger screen display.

Otherwise the ram management and overall experience was better. UI was a bit clunky for big screen device, tried doing custom dpi from development mode but still looks kinda bad. Do you know any tablet optimised GSI roms based on Android 13

This is MIUI battery optimization service that aggressively kills apps in background for a negligible battery gain.

This device already has more than efficient chip, and does not need this aggressive background app killing to get to 8-10h of SOT. It also has the fast charging.

So my advice would be to remove com.miui.powerkeeper trough ADB, since I did that my device works fluid like a flagship. No aggressive background app killing at all, so the potential of this device can be used fully.

Since I don't play games, SD680 has more than enough performance for a normal daily usage.
did this, my phone wont turn on ;)

Xiaomi Remi Note 11 pro + 5G (pissaropro i think) it has a mediatek chipset

To be honest, quite expected this and caused it to myself. Either don't follow random **** on internet or don't buy phones with mediatek inside... Yeah, certainly don't buy mediatek phones. The first one's on you.

For those as me, reflash the phone with the MiFlash tool (Preferably the one from 2015) with your current (or newer) miui version. Go to advanced setting inside the program and select the fastboot script and nvboot script to the `flash_all_except_data_storage.bat` or something similar.

If you press refresh and don't see your phone:

(should be put into fastboot mode) then download and install `minimal adb tools`

After installation go to the device manager and you should see some android phone pop up. Select it and press update driver

Then press browse my computer for drivers --> Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer and try to go through some of the categories. You should look for universal storage device drivers. There try to find something to do either with `fastboot` or `ADB`

After which you should be ready to go. Refresh the list in the mi flash tool and send it into the orbit. If you followed the steps, this should keep all your data. Try not to downgrade the MIUI already installed on the phone, this can, however lead to data loss.

So that's why I got into bootlop while trying to update to MIUI 14... I guess I'm staying on 13 until I get a new phone then... This app-killing garbage is unacceptable, it makes a decent phone almost unusable...

For people experincing bootloop. You need to log out of xiaomi accound and disable xiaomi account, com.xiaomi.xmsf, com.xiaomi.xmsfkeeper and all four xiaomi cloud packages.
After which you can even uninstall packages which can cause bootloops like com.xiaomi.finddevice, com.android.updater and powerkeeper.
Keep remember that disabling/uninstalling all these packages will break any xiaomi cloud related services.
Warning: If you disable/unistall xiaomi account without logging out first you will get soft lock on device asking for password again and again.
I have gone through atleast 10 bootloops/factory resets to come up with these conclusions.
Some packages can't be disabled they come back after reboot in which case you have to uninstall them through
adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 "package name"
EX: adb shell pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.xiaomi.finddevice
Also if you want to disable guardprovider(Avast) you need to disable scanning of sideloading apps in security app otherwise you can't sideload.
I have gotten rid of most of miui crap and get 1% battery drop through night with Wifi and Cellular Data on and 0% drop with fligh mode on.

I uninstalled com.miui.powerkeeper without logging out from my xiaomi account. No problems at all. I'm on Redmi 10c; MIUI 13.0.5, stock rom. But I'm thinking it could be an idea to reinstall powerkeeper before I update to MIUI 14 soon.

Only com.xiaomi.account and com.xiaomi.finddevice softlocks without logging out rest you can remove.

Works on MIUI14(A12). Never tried on MIUI 14(based on A13) but I don't see any reason that it won't work.
I followed your instructions and disabled the needed apps along with powerkeeper and no bootloops. As for the performance difference yet to notice drastic changes, but it already seems better at keeping things in memory.

Powerkeeper is a weird app, no difference in ram management, but it seems to be throttling cpu boost frequency and also seems to control display refresh rate in certain apps and prevents the display from switching to lower refresh rate when disabled.

Well I tried this for 1 week and I'm impressed.
It really changes the consumption in idle and the closing of apps randomly, although it is still present for some, even so, it works.
I haven't seen any strange bugs related to disabling this service, so at the moment I can say that it's safe and it helps a lot.
