You no longer have to inject the kernel module manually. It will just load at boot. What do you mean by "autoload", adrynalyne?
Do you mean the process of having to use Terminal on the phone is eliminated? You no longer have to inject the kernel module manually. It will just load at boot.
Yes That is what it does.Do you mean the process of having to use Terminal on the phone is eliminated?
BDVD will let you play backed up games from your hard drive, homebrew version will not. just use BDVD, its what you want. Also what's the difference between homebrew and bdvd folders on the site AD posted???

Homebrew version will not enable backup of PS3 games. And BDVD version will allow you to rip PS3 games onto the hard drive using the Backup Manager (manager.pkg)Also what's the difference between homebrew and bdvd folders on the site AD posted???

Thanks!Yes That is what it does.
wrong, you can ONLY charge. disk storage wont work, usb debugging over ADB / tethering that kind of stuff wont work.So i can't charge my phone while the psfreedom rom is installed?
This is the only exploit, requires it each time. Maybe down the road we will see an exploit that sticks. But not now and not for awhile. Thanks!
Is there a method that exist where you don't need to plug in your phone each time you power on the PS3?
Is this a limitation of the exploit?
Yes, every time (only if you want to use backup manage to play games off of the hard drive or run homebrew applications). You can of course, still use the ps3 the same as you would have before the exploit. For this do we need to have the phone plugged up everytime we boot the PS3 l?

Homebrew and BDVD are in their respective folders. Both should autoload.
I won't be changing these directories, so they are now safe to link on wiki.
No, there is not. Not till they figure out a custom recovery for the PS3. It will happen, but for now, this is what we have to go through.adrynalyne, is there way to not have to plug in the Phone each time you power the PS3 one?
