Pulse monitoring problems watch GT

My Huawei Watch GT no longer monitors my heart rate. If I lift the watch a few mm from my hand it starts to monitor. Also does not record sleep. What is the problem with it?
Firmware version 1.0.9.6
Huawei GT green
