Does anyone know pure AOSP Nougat Rom for Moto G3?
Or can anyone make a pure AOSP ROM without any extra tweaks?

U can also visit this thread hope that will b helpful https://forum.xda-developers.com/2015-moto-g/orig-development/rom-android-source-project-t3457061............ but u can try AOSP EXTENDED rom v3.3 ... The beauty of this rom is that it will give you stock experience with customisations .... battery life is also good... have a try if u haven't.........................

No lineage or CMUnfortunately there is no pure Android for Osprey that is well maintained...
I would suggest Lineage OS, its the closest to it you will find. I've used pretty much any rom avaliable from this forum, however the majority the roms are heavily tweaked and filled with custom settings.
Lineage OS - This is likely the closest to pure you'll find still has small tweaks here and there
