PX3 boot problem

My HU is not booting. I suspect the PX3 chip is faulty.
I wonder if reballing would work?

Is it an MTCD device. Did seller have any suggestion and is device under warranty

Probably best just to replace, not what you want to hear. If you do consider something newer, go for a FYT based UIS7862 (see FYT forums)
