[Q] 3 buttons backlight

in canvas magnus, the light of 3 keys at the bottom goes off after 5 seconds and start only when we touch it again.
so is there any option so that it can stay awake till screen is on.
i m using Keyboard backlight controller app. its really nice app but one problem with this is that after every reboot/restart i have to again start the app.
so is there any tweak/ mod to solve it?

If rooted, try Gravity Box, it has option to keep backlight on with the screen.
