I just got Ricks Rom. It came with 3Minit battery icon mod. Im new to custom roms and rooting etc... Can someone please help and tell me how to get 3Minit to work or tell me what other battery icon mod I can use on sm-g900v 4.4.4 ni2 rooted with Ricks rom v19. Thankyou
Also any other tips or suggestions will be welcomed.

Open the 3MinitBattery app on the 2nd screen or the app drawer and select your battery from the dropdown that says offline. Make sure your wifi or data is on because they need to be downloaded. As for turning it on it's on by default, that is why you have the blue circle battery icon on first boot. No other battery mods are required.
Edit: You can get rid of the battery percent text in the settings menu under battery.

I touch on the icon I want, it says it downloads but nothing changes. I don't even have the blue circle battery icon in status bar.

Did you install the ROM on the stock slot and do a full wipe in safestrap (factory reset and advanced wipe with everything but the extSD checked)? If you didn't do any of that you will need to. I've installed the ROM several times and haven't had any issues with the battery mod at all.

That was it. I didn't advance wipe. I did that and really flashed the rom and it works. Thank you for the help
