I would recommend backing up your /sdcard data to PC first and using a mega wipe. Don't forget~:
4.2.2 /sdcard = data/media/0
4.1.2 /sdcard = data/media

Also Philz by default uses /data/media/0 as /sdcard too, so you'll need to toggle that setting to data/media if you want the recovery to find your data.

So by telling me to back up the sdcard/data .. you want me to back the whole internal storage? when i connect the phone to the pc , i should just backup everything under internal storage ?.. or just copy internal storage/data ?

Data/media/0 is the same as the internal storage , so i need to back up all 11gb? o_O?
Lets get the terminology correct please. Internal storage (as shown in settings > storage) is not only /sdcard (which is /data/media/0) but actually it is in fact, ALL of /data.

All your apps and settings will be in /data/app and /data/data and you should back these up with titanium backup. You only need to copy /sdcard to your computer.

Im really not sure why this is so difficult. Plug your phone into your pc via usb and put it in MTP mode. Open windows explorer and locate your phone Drag your data off.

This is an every day task. Im surprised we need to keep going over it
