what files do i need to edit to change APN settings?

i want to change the APN type as it locked for editing?

i have gps issues and want to do this

Try the APN backup app to delete the locked APNs and then create a new one from scratch.

Did this work as i have the same problem.
I need to edit or delete the locked apn.... Carrier stock.
