[Q] 5GHz band stopped working

I had my G2 overheat to about 80C during a TWRP backup which caused 5 white lines to appear on the side of the screen. I had also flashed CloudyG3, but I noticed that I can no longer see 5GHz Wifi networks. I reflashed the KK baseband and it changed nothing. I also flashed the dorimanx kernel as someone suggested, but that doesn't help either. Any ideas? Is this a hardware issue?
