So, I think I know how to replace/install the speaker and I've watched a video or two on the process. Would you have any do's or don'ts, tips, et cetera?

It's really straight forward. Follow a video and all should be good.

If you use a cleaner, make sure it's not water based. Otherwise, just make sure there's no juice in your phone (battery, usb, etc) before changing the speaker.

Take your time, a few deep breaths and all should be well.
