Don't know if it matters but my layout is alphabetic order, and on 4x5 grid, and not using sense toolbox

Haha, wow, I kept seeing references to tapping on the date to hide EQS but I never tried it. Turns out it will even cycle between the built-in bar, the Sense 5 Toolbox bar (if installed and enabled) and no bar at all. Interesting. I love the themed bar, I just wonder if I can remove the labels like I can in the S5T bar, to get icons only. I also would like a Settings icon in the EQS. I'll look into this myself with a search, just thinking out loud.

My only question now is whether the 1x/3g icon mod ever worked for anybody. I realize it was a flash intended for Cap's original ROM but I didn't know if it was built into the 5.5 offering (and I will right now go to the OP of the 5.5 thread to check into it). I flashed it on the former but I've never seen a 1x icon even in known 1x territory and when software info says I'm on 1x. I see 3g and 4gLTE all the time (it's hopping back and forth right now, in fact) but I'm wondering if 1x is still being glossed over.
UPDATE: I see the change log mentions the 1x/3g mod, but I still haven't seen the 1x icon ever show up in my notification bar. Curious.... (See, kids, that's how you do it - go searching for answers on your own.

The 1x mod worked on the stock rom. I have yet to see it on this one and don't want to flash the mod on 5.5. The phone does go to 1x though it still shows 3g. The speed test don't lie. When I see 1000ms ping times and dial up speed that's 1x for sure. Sprint doesn't even give us good 1x on Verizon. you could decompile the systemui.apk and remove the <appname> strings in the toggle layout.xml. as for settings toggle via themed bar. its a little more tricky I'll look into it, but if youre interested in trying yourself, youll need to duplicate the stock settings toggle smali for the pquin toggles and create a directory for it, then also add the xml strings to include it plus icons and things like that.Haha, wow, I kept seeing references to tapping on the date to hide EQS but I never tried it. Thanks! Like I said before (probably in the 5.5 thread) I'm not a dev but I'm happy to try doing things myself when I know what to search for. Even just reading your response I understand what to do for the most part. Definitely going to try my hand at the toggle labels.

It's easily changed. If it is that bothersome turn off mobile data while on Wi-Fi.

The icons on the dock are the same as the lock screen shortcuts. This includes folders. I've seen this question a few times.

However, this thread is about the non stock sense 5.5 port, so the software version won't match, you would need to know what firmware you applied, as hboot from .1 and .3 have same version there isn't way to tell, your best bet if you used ruu, if you run the ruu it will eventually tell you what version it will install on your phone.
If your soff and applyed from captains thread, the original file you downloaded probably has version In the name.
If in doubt ruu
