First im gonna flash the 20160105 build then the fixed kernel for 2016 and the last
the f2fs ? i think im gonna stay to ext4 'cause i preferred twrp v2.7.0.0 and its too risky

f2fs is optional you dont have to do anything if you dont want it.
Just do it as you wrote and wipe cache and dalvik.

If you already got gapps installed with a previous cm11 build you have to do nothing.

Else flash the gapps from the op or search for an updated kk 4.4.4 package.

Just search in playstore for "vignette camera app". There you can setup (i think) 4.8 or 4.9 MP!

Try Vignette camera app and choose 4.9mp in its resolution settings.

Maybe memory is full, try to free up memory by uninstalling some apps or closing those running in the background. Else, buy a new phone, we all know sduos is laggy.

Hardware is 5MP. CM frameworks supports it too. I think its the driver.

Try to open the .zip file on your PC to see if it's downloaded correctly.

Did you flash gapps just after flashing the ROM?
You should flash the ROM, then reboot, setup the system without gapps, then reboot to recovery and flash gapps.

You need to flash the required baseband (XXLJ3) from the development thread's OP.
