All-in-One S5 Toolkit works with new phone?

I plan on getting an S5 very soon from Amazon,

Will the All-in-One tool work with the phone right out of the box or will I have to update it?

Very cool! thanks!!!! BUT after trying both selective and all to de-bloat I keep getting to the point where it only removes 1 bloatware item. I saw others on the thread had similar issues but not sure if they were ever resolved. I've had success changing the boot animations so I think I'm communicating ok with phone. Any idea how to fix this?

UPDATED: Actually after comparing the debloat list with my /app dir etc. it appears most of the apps did get removed except for a few. Im wondering why you don't remove the *.odex files as well? just curious.
