Install the drivers correctly on ur PC and then try.

Use Sp flash tool

hi, did u fix it ?
I am facing the same issue and my mobile is just a paper weight now.
Does not detect on pc, no charging lights nothing black screen thats it.

let me know if you did find a solution

I have also faced the same problem.
But got my phone reaired at XOLO service center...suggest the same to you(if under warranty)
else try installing the proper drivers and let your phone charge on wall adapter for about 6-8 hrs.

if you are using Windows 8 then you must turn of Digital Driver Signing enforcement to install this drivers successfully :
