For me, the youtube app doesnt work at all and the google maps app keeps randomly pinpointing places. Anyone familiar with these problems? I searched in this thread,but couldn't find anything.

You know i never had a problem with you tube till the last update.I was using a inverted one and everytime i flash it ,it would install fine.After doing the last build when i would flash it ,it wouldnt work.I dont usually install it through the rom so i can flash the older version i have that is inverted.I ended up having to go to the play store and downloading it and it worked fine.

Nope, you should be able to flash it if you don't need 3g data

The quick reboot doesnt seem to be working,Everytime i wanna reboot usually i hit quick reboot but now it just gets stuck at samsung logo.If i turn my tablet into potrait it shows half black screen and half homepage.Also is there like a default color for the status bar notifications not to change color.For example.I themed my bluetooth notification a certain color.It doesnt show up in status bar that color,it shows up as whatever color i have set to for notification icons in hyperdrive tweaks..My airplane mode and vibrate show up how i have it themed but bluetooth shows the picture i put in but not the color. I also themed the little eye that goes in notification bar but it isnt showing up anymore if i turn on.It showed up in last build and i dont have checked to hide it.Thanks

poor performance in asphault 8

I recently installed the rom, everything is fast and stable and I am satisfied with it, the only thing I mind is very bad performance in Asphault 8 I had a much better fps with stock? thanks for any kind of response XD

You need to change the device to p600. Its set at t800 or something like that. If you go to original hyperdrive thread and put asphalt 8 into searchbar youll find how to do. You just need to edit the build prop.

Sooo after a few days of not using my Spen, I have only had one crash that I think was caused by overheating. Even when using chrome it hasn't crashed. So now i'm confused as to how my Spen is cuasing my tablet to crash...

I'm very happy with release on android. but on my note 10.1 2014 edition with Hyperdrive 4.1 rom I have a very bad performance, fps is all over place? Can some post their experience on note 10.1 2014 edition? thanks for your response

Love the rom, need help

I just flashed this rom and while I love it, I noticed that when it freezes it restarts. I've had it restart 3 times since I've flashed at 7pm. Please help. I really wanna keep this rom.

Did you full wipe on install?

Is it just me or is the default font/dpi of the TW Launcher and apps drawer massive? Even if I switch to a different font, I find that the font size still does not fit right. Is there any fix for this?

I followed the exact steps. Wiped everything...

keep getting this error with all kernels.. and I can't get it to work.
Any idea's?

Redownload the rom, sounds like you have a bad download

I managed to fix it by copying the image into the twrp folder on the internal storage and flashing it from there.

However now I can't get Rid of the message on the Homescreen :"Press and Hold screen to add Items."

tried rebooting and dropping stuff on It. Any ideas?

Hi, I'm a Newbie in android and VERY interested to install Hyperdrive rom.

I already have rooted my device (P600), then installed a stock rom and return to unroot state (Just to learn). In the process i tripped my knox flag to 0x1 (I guess there's no choice right now).

Before i start the process of installing Hperdrive, can you help me with some questions?

1. Do i need to have root? or just flash it with Odin? I am right now unrooted with the last stock rom i installed.
2. Can i return to a stock rom once i have installed Hyperdrive? Installing a stock rom through Odin?
3. Do i need to install TWRP BEFORE flashing Hperdrive?
4. The Hyperdrive files are in Zip format. Do i Have to add the zip file in Odin? or need to convert it to Tar Md5? (Hyperdrive+RLS4.1+P600+NJ1.zip.
5. Do i need to clear any files before installing Hyperdrive? I heard of wipe and devilik cache, but not sure. What app could help me with that?

Sorry the lot of questions. I need a guide for dummies to install this

Flashing with TWRP is easiest for flashing custom Roms.
1. I believe hyperdrive comes pre-rooted but I would root before I flash anything
2. Yes. You can do the same thing you did when you rooted and unrooted.
3. It is recommended and it is easier to update with TWRP installed.
4. If you install TWRP just flash the .zip files. You can also flash with Obin by extracting the Tar files.
5. For TWRP you
1. Make a back up to your external SD card
2. Reboot
3. Factory reset then goto Advance Wipe and wipe everything but the following: internal storage, micro SD card, and USB-OTG **do not wipe these**
4. Tap install and install HD.
5. Follow any instructions on the screen

I do believe you need twrp 2.6.3.I think that that one is the only 1 that doesnt give problems.I could be wrong but i think im right.
