flash it man, silver nexus ROMs are just stock Touchwiz modded
u have to be panic only if you flash a stock kernel on an AOSP based ROMs

its more than stock.... its deodexed, debloated, overclocked nd tweaked for performance. also a huge amount of google instead of samsung.
