Google Search crashing on latest OMNI nightly + Shift kernel

Two days ago I decided trying the Shift kernel with my OMNI installation.
Everything's running smoothly except for, specifically, Google Search. It doesn't even appear on the screen, just the "Unfortunately, Google Search has stopped" message. The other GApps are working fine.
My method of flashing the kernel was just running it through Cyandelta, along with the nightly updates. Its script wipes Dalvik and cache everytime, so probably the problem's not that way.

Currently running Shift 5.0 and OMNI 4.4.4 (20141027)

I'd appreciate any help or suggestions.

Hey maybe try flashing manually just so we can eliminate that as a possible issue. I agree it's probably not but just to be safe. Also uninstall Google search and then reinstall it from play store as nobody has had this issue previously. Then report back. If they don't work I'll need you to pull me a log but I'm sure this should clear you right up and get you to enjoying this beast. MASSIVE MASSIVE update coming within the week as well

Turns out uninstalling and reinstalling Google search did the trick!
To be honest, I didn't know that app could be uninstalled just as that. I thought I was gonna need to reflash gapps or something.

Thanks, man. Looking forward to your kernel's next update :D
