please help me regarding my magnus problem
to increase space for internal memory for xtra apps
first i rooted wd framroot superuser than installed rootxplorer n edited file in root-system-etc-vold.fstab n changed wd text editor in place of sdcard0 i retyped sdcard1 n vice versa.
n than i rebooted cell but it only reboots upto first canvas magnus animation n than no process, screen remains on. i tried restore factory setting but still its same. i wanted to swap the memories but i landed in trouble. please guide me. im just beginner in this field.

Sorry to say but now you have to install your stock rom again via sp flash tool. Since u have changed the system file that's why formatting will not help you.

thanq bro but i tried via adb sideload but its not installing twrp.img
device getting detected in adb.
can u please guide me what to do now ? how can i install custom rom directlly. i downlaoded mystic rom n hv adb fastboot tools. no idea of sp flash tools. this is ma first time with flashing and rom

Now first to you have to install stock rom via sp flash tool. Then u should install custom recovery n then only custom rom.
Sp flash tool its not very difficult.

Newbie here, please help!

I am planning to increase my application storage using this tool, however have a few doubts before doing so:
1. How to reflash the EBR in order to make the remaining Internal Memory visible as Phone Storage?
2. How will I be able to roll back to the original memory configuration like how it is before using this tool?

Really appreciate some help as I am really eager to use this tool and increase my storage

HELP!

I had increased storage to 2.46GB successfully and for the past week, my storage suddenly dropped to 134MB available with 717MB occupied although it's showing that 2.46GB is the total available memory.

It's like it reverted to its original storage but still showing 2.46GB. Should I flash again?
Please help. Much appreciated.

Have u tried clearing cache n dalvik cache?
If yes then i think u have to format your mobile. Take all your back up with cmw or with titanium backup.

Yeah I checked each and every app and cleared cache, but there's no way it can take up 2.4GB space.
And now I cannot install app since it shows the error for low space because of it's limit due to 2.5GB although its acting as 1GB original storage.

Is this incompatible because I have flashed it with v4 stock rom? I really don't want to format my phone.
Can I revert to the original one by replacing the EBR1 and EBR2 files given here by the original EBR files?

Need Help

I've installed the 2.5 gb fix .
It worked well for few hours but then it removed all memory and showed no memory installed.
The problem goes away when I rebooted my Micromax A117
I'm using pure Xperia rom by CMahendra
Please help ASAP.
