5-10 minutes before "Android is Upgrading" message - ok.
All packages tested and should not cause boot loop.

Will add F6 soon.

Ok, now I tried in a different way.

I installed I9295XXUDOB4_I9295BTUDOB1_BTU rom again, first boot ok...
Then power off, CWM via odin, boot into recovery mode, factory reset, wipe cache and dalvik cache.
Flashed deodex, reboot. OK.
Power off, boot into recovery mode again, flashed fix pack and SU.
This works for me!

Before I tried this, I always flashed deodex, fix pack and SU. One after the other without restarting between them. That gave me bootloop...

I installed I9295XXUDOB4_I9295BTUDOB1_BTU rom again, first boot ok...
Then power off, CWM via odin, boot into recovery mode, factory reset, wipe cache and dalvik cache.
Flashed deodex, reboot. OK.
Power off, boot into recovery mode again, flashed fix pack and SU.
This works for me!

Generally it tested and should not cause problems.
Also, you need not factory reset.
