no it will not work on your rom...
but you can port this...
you need stock kitkat to port it...

bro...al cm12.1 and cm based roms are compiled on kitkat kernel....
and mediatek devices do not have any cm rom on jellybean kernel...
so i will suggest you to search for kitkat kernel and then port all cm based roms.....
