MultiSystem is a powerful tool for locked- and unlocked-bootloader Android devices with many features that at least includes the following:
Hello developer!

Thank you for ur nice job!

I used it on Motorola XT 1022, the system doenst work but the multisystem folder is created and I have access to the secondary partition.

My question is: Can I use this partition perfectly recoginized on the system and for the file explorer as an extesion of internal memory?

It would be very good if ww could because we have only 4gb but 2 only with the system instaled.
If there is a way to do this can you help us?

Thanks in advance!!!

well i found out the issue is, my phone is stuck on enforcing mode and it wont change to permissive mode. anyone have an idea to fix this?
You'll get permissive SELinux after correct installation of MultiSystem.

You can definitely use the EXT4 partition with a root explorer (e.g., FX File Explorer + Root Addon). As for extending the internal storage, I think that's a new feature in Android M.

cant seem to install MS

Currently i have jasmine ROM 5.0.2 installed and running. I formatted my card using the youtube tutorial posted here (and i also sub his channel) and for what ever reason MS is not installing correctly? I put a ? mark because every time i install MS i get the su permission pop up but when i run terminal emulator lines i get nothing.
I have tried formatting/re installing, uninstalling, restart and i honestly do not know where i went wrong. I have busybox installed, i am using a sandisk 64gb micro sd. When i am in MS app i can reboot but when i try and locate the MS folder i can not find it.
Any help would be appreciated and sorry if this a redundant question. if you want to send me some where else that is fine too.
thank you

You need a program like Solid Explorer or Root Explorer to scan your root directory. I also noticed that the folder structure of MS does not appear until you reboot. Hope this helps.

Has anyone had issues with transferring img files to the MS directory

I don't think the phone likes it when we are messing around inside the system files lol. It takes like 20 min every time I put a new img file in there and I get low memory messages, but all in all, it does seem to to fix itself once I'm done flashing the virtual img

Ok maybe I'm just supposed to wait cause when I attempt to transfer the img file from the SD card to the MS directory in solid explorer it just sits and 0 bytes transferred and kinda freezes solid explorer..I attempted to do it in es file explorer and it gave me an EACCES permission denied error.

After you copy your img file to the multisystem system folder, be sure to run the update button, so your new file is visible in the drop down list. Then select that file as your primary rom. Make sure the run at boot switch is on. Find the multisystem button that allows you to reboot to recovery, where you can erase and do a reset for the 5.1.1 rom. At reboot you should see 3 seconds of blue light before green light and Samsung logo, after which you'll do a new phone setup.

Yes, I did all that, no love..
Why do I get "/MultiSystem/build.prop: line 24: 5_1_1: command not found"? I think this is my issue, not sure though...

Find hsbadr (developer of multisystem) on his Facebook page and ask him direct

Unfortunately, I don't Facebook...
I'll start from the beginning, again, & let you know :(

So, I re-did the 5.1.1 virtual install again, following the step by step instructions, but still no 5.1.1 running.
Is there some reason I can't just flash 5.1.1 zip via flashfire? I'd love to have 5.1.1 as a virtual, but that doesn't appear to be in the cards.

I just dirty flashed 5.1.1 over 5.0.2 and it worked great, never could get MultiSystem to do a Virtual though...

Formatting Issue

Just upgraded to Jasmine 5.11 and loading multisystem. Tried formatting a 32 gb drive but my multi reader only sees it as read only and will not format. Put it back in the phone and ran Aparted and 7 gb fat 32 remainder as ext4. It wiped it out but no real time formatting. Fat 32 worked fine but even though I selected ext4, it shows as ext2. Tried to continue with the multisystem setup but to no avail. Am getting a usb stick to put the sd card in to try to format as ext4. Any ideas? If it is ext2, would multisystem poop out?

Requires Ext4, use Mini Partition Wizard for Windows and format as required. Then insert in your device. ?
