Encypted boot keyboard problem

First post
Great ROM but used keyboard fix in initial post but now when I boot (after encryption) I cannot get a keyboard to appear to input password and have to plug in a USB keyboard to get access. After that, software keyboards work fine- just the initial boot. Tried every setting but no change. Am I being v stupid??

Camera is buggy

Loving the lollipop. Miss the reading mode though. Changing the camera from front to back and vice versa crashes the camera app. Also, google camera fails to open.

Could you help with a local manifest xml for the 5100? I am trying to build my first cm 12 rom, and I need a local manifest to start. I have asked around xda for help for a month with no replies.

Sent from my GT-N5100 using XDA Free mobile app

3rd party apps

Is there a security feature within lollipop that disables 3rd party apps from installing ? I have unknown sources checked. Nothing installs unless is from the play store. I'm running the latest build from cm for my 5110. Thanks

It works without changing selinux permissions.

Enable the switch on the right: Settings -> Mobile Networks

N5100 Silent bug on Cm12

Set the permissive mode (with selinux mode changer) worked perfectly to unlock my sim but there are always the usual annoying problems of the 'silent bug'. You do not hear the caller's voice and he does not hear us. This is a problem that is known from version 11, can still not be solved anything?
