Q. Does V15 Pro support Hi-Fi?

A. V15 Pro does not support Hi-Fi. However, it supports DeepField Audio. You can go to i Music>press the Menu icon at the left upper corner>Audio effect to turn on Deep space sound effects. Then you can choose the sound effect you like and you can also adjust the Equalizer.
PS: Deep space sound effects only work when the earphone is plugged in.

Q. Does V15 Pro support Super HDR?

A. Yeah. It supports Super HDR with a powerful algorithm for shooting in backlight. Dynamic range: 12.5EV. You can turn it on in Camera.

Q. How to use Super AI Night Mode on V15 Pro?

A. V15 Pro supports Super AI Night Mode. You can go to Camera>select Night in the bottom to enable it.

Q. Does V15 Pro support to take the Wide-Angle photos?

A. Yeah. V15 Pro is equipped with the Wide-Angel camera and supports to take the Wide-Angle(120°) photos.
Enter Camera>switch to rear camera>touch WIDE, then you can take a Wide-Angel photo.

Q. How to use Jovi Image Recognizer on V15 Pro?

A. With an advanced deep learning algorithm, Jovi Image Recognizer uses an artificial neural network to detect and recognize objects and landmarks and improve the accuracy of optical character recognition.

There are two ways to enable Jovi Image Recognizer on V15 Pro:

1. Go to Camera>click the Jovi icon on the left to enable Jovi Image Recognizer;

2. Press twice the Smart button to open Image Recognizer(Make sure you enable this feature in Settings>Jovi>Smart button).

Warmly Tips: When you use Smart Button to activate Jovi Image Recognizer, it will recognize what`s shown on the display. When you activate it in Camera, it will recognize what`s in front of the camera.

Q. How to use Smart Framing on V15 Pro?

A. It is like your personal smart photo editor. Whether your picture is about people, food or landscape, it can always make the subject stand out, the colors more vibrant and the picture brighter.

Enter the edit interface of the picture in Albums, then click Smart framing in the bottom. It can smartly detect your photo subject, then reframe and add editing touches automatically. There`s also a range of optimized solutions for you to choose from.

Q. How to use Face Acees on V15 Pro?

A. V15 Pro use the Elevating front camera. The ways to activate Face Access are different from other phones. Currently, there are two ways to activate Face Access on V15 Pro:

1. Use Power button to turn on your phone. Then the Elevating front camera will pop up quickly and Face Access works at the same time;

2. Slide upward on the lock screen interface to activate it.

You can go to Settings>Fingerprint, face and password>Face, select one of two approaches.

Q. How to use AI Body Shaping on V15 Pro?

A. 1. Go to Camera, switch to rear camera.

2. Then choose AI BEAUTY>click the Slim icon on the right, then you can adjust your body shape as you like.

Warmly Tips: This function is also available on Video mode. Choose Video option, and then lit up Beauty icon on the top left corner, then click Slim icon on the right, then you can adjust your body shape as you like.

Q. What functions does the Smart Button on V15 Pro have?

A. V15 Pro is powered by the Smart Button. It has two features:

1. Press and hold the Smart button to quickly open Google Assistant;

2. Press twice the Smart button to open Image Recognizer.

PS: You can go to Settings>Jovi>Smart button to custom the functions of the AI button.

Q. How to enable and use AI Game mode on V15 Pro?

A. V15 Pro is powered by Game mode 5.0. Esports Mode is added. Go to Settings>Game Cube, turn on Game Cube and add the game. Then open the game, simply slide inward from the side of the screen to bring up the function shortcuts. There are 5 options:

1st: Background callsCall answered during gameplay will remain in the background and hands-free will be enabled.

2nd: RejectAn incoming calls not on the “Allow Some calls” list will be rejected during the specified game.

3rd: Block notificationsFloating previews will not be displayed at the top of the screen during gameplay.

4th: Off-screen AutoplayThe game keeps running in the background when the screen is black. You can level up in games or earn money while sleeping;

5th: Esports ModeTurn off background notifications, smart management of system resources. Reduce the notification bar touch control area to avoid accidental touches. For a better balance between phone temperature and game performance, making games smoother.

Q. Which generation of In-Display Fingerprint Scanning does V15 Pro adopt?

A. V15 Pro adopts the Fifth-Gen In-Display Fingerprint Scanning. The unlock time is improved to 0.37 seconds and the recognition success rate is higher. Compared wtih the last generation, there are 3 major upgrades:

1. Microlens: With an added optical sensor. The amount of incoming light is greatly increased.

2. 3P Lens: 3 filter lenses. Lens edge distortion is reduced and recognition is more accurate.

3. DSP Optimization: Utilize the processing power of the DSP chip in Snapdragon 675AIE. A range of new fingerprint recognition algorithms are optimized to result in faster unlocking.

Q. Which three cameras does the AI Triple Rear Camera of V15 Pro consist of?

A. The AI Triple Rear Camera of V15 Pro consists of 5MP Depth Camera, 8MP AI Super Wide-Angle Camera and 48M Quad Pixel Sensor(12MP HD Main Camera).

Vivo is closed source like Oppo so dont keep any hopes for root access. If root in necessary for you then go for OEM's like OnePlus, Xiaomi or Realme that allow bootloader unlock and have an official unlock tool.

i also have UFI Box service tool.. but this motherboard version is different from the other board that has alreadyba working ISP Pinout for Jtag.. so ,. my best hope is through firehose mode flashing. but the firmware that i have downloaded has a firehose inside (i think that is 3 ,. 1 is DDr , 2. Lite and last IDK i forgot the name) but all of them is not working.. so i guess that is for the lower ram version,.

Turn on the dark mode and if possible contact the service center and telk them to install the global varient software in the phone as when I purchased it new my phone was automatically turning off and after they set up global software the phone is now working like magic.
