hello

my phone is soft bricked(sgy)..... i am unable to go to recovery mode but i was able to go to download mode...so when i tried to flash custom stock rom via odin this came up

What ROM are you flashing?

Hello! I have a hard bricked galaxy s3 neo phone (I unsuccesfully installed a recovery and I can't turn the phone on). I can't enter recovery or download mode. My computer sees the phone as QHSUSB_BULK. Can this program resurrect my phone then?

You're in the wrong section. You'll need a one-click Odin for the S3 neo.
