lost root acess after installing Omnirom

After installing OmniROM,and workin fine btw,i lost root access and cant use many apps that requires root access...How can i get root access again?

Install supersu.

Once you have done that, go into the settings of supersu and enable backup script so that root management will survive subsequent updates.
