I second this, I also have rooted my xt912 and do not wish to have multiple partitions if it's not necessary.
I have rooted and installed custom roms on several other devices so I understand the basic install instructions given on the roms main page, and I know cm11 and other versions to be very reliable. but also would like to see screen shots or step by step tutorials for the process, better safe than sorry I think.
Any more info at all please, thank you all

SafeStrap (SS):
1. Select "Wipe" -> "Advanced Wipe" -> checkmark "Dalvik", "Cache", "System", 'Data", "Android Secure" -> Make swipe "Swipe to Wipe". It is recommended to repeat the procedure three times.
2. Select "Install" -> specify the path to the firmware -> Make a swipe "Swipe to Confirm Flash"
3. After all files are installed, press "Reboot System"
It is strongly recommended to install all the files from the internal memory!

Boot Menu Manager (BMM):
1. Go to "Wipe & Clean" and clear sections "Data", "Cache", "Dalvik Cache" (this item is recommended to perform three times).
2. Next you need to select "Install Zip Package" (firmware must be in the internal memory) and specify the path to the firmware, then again to clear sections "Cache" and "Dalvik Chache"
3. Then select "Reboot".

There is any chance to port this rom to XT910?
Perhaps but later.

Good idea, I'll try to implement! But the Internet has tutorials for installing firmware using SafeStrap (SS) or Boot Menu Manager (BMM)

Installed and running great.
Cannot say for the mentioned issue with the radios, my phone is prepaid so I won't know if it's connected properly until I get a new card tomorrow. Will update this post to let you all know.
Great work octanium

Update: Radio working fine for CDMA. Verizon prepaid USA. Also battery not draining any more than usual on mine.

Help me?

Hi, man. Since I bought my phone, I used the custom ROM CM. So I never got to publish a video on instagram because it hangs on and off then. In addition, with the ROM CM videos recorded in snapchat are out of sync with the audio. However, I thought this would be a hardware problem. Yesterday, I restored my phone and used it for a day with your factory ROM, and to my surprise, these problems did not happen. That is, the problem is with the CM ROM.
So currently I'm using the ROM-CM 11-20150202 NIGHTLY-spyder in my XT912 MAXX and the problem persists. Could you help me solve my problem too? Could this ROM you proposed solve my problem? Thank U!

Charge problem after installing in stock

I installed the latest version on the stock with safestrap 3.75 slot to see if he could get a better battery consumption.
I have not had any problem to do but to put the phone charging the battery icon was moved to the right and turn the power button unresponsive if it was not combined with any of the volume ...
As I did not understand what was happening I restored backups (of the stock and slot 1) in case.
Could someone tell me if you have had the same problem? if so can you fix it?
PD: Thanks to Octanium91 for optimizing this rom.
