Testing Information is completely missing

Why can't i access *#*#4636#*#*
I can't force lte only because it always switch to h+ and i have a full signal lte here.

in version Du 20150817 and Du 20150819 google play store don't work (i can't download anything), i'm try with two versions banks gapps (newest and older)

After some config, restart and stuck in boot

After a fresh install that's what I did to get it to restart and get stuck:
Dirty Tweaks>General UI>Misc. Tweaks
activated Brightness Control,Task Manager and Disable three finger gesture
and
Dirty Tweaks>Navigation>Buttons
Activated Playback control
Then my phone just gone straight to the boot animation and get stuck.

Did a factory reset and it did boot, and I did the same thing above to test, and get the same result

Why?

DU 9.6

9.4 and 9.6 has the same bug for me. i can not answer the call while charging or watching video. caller gets busy answer and i see that somebody tries to call me, but all i can do is call back. is it possible to fix this? by the way, i am using original charger and charging station while charging
