Pictures problems

I reinstalled the ROM but now i cant take pictures with the camera and I can't save pictures from Twitter or Facebook (Google Chrome, etc). Any solution here?

Installed ROM, now phone will not charge

46% and dropping - charged the phone will OFF for an hour. went down 5%.

just installed the rom. frankly i don't know what to do in this case.

HTC one X plus (telus model - unlocked on rogers)

let me know what other info you need.
