Possible bug in PA4.4-20141008-pyramid

just installed PA4.4-20141008-pyramid on my HTC Sensation 4G

Overall it seems to work well! Great job, developers!
I did a full wipe before installing.
I'm S-OFF, rooted, super CID etc..

Possible bug:
When trying to raise the volume level through the headphone jack it gives the volume warning. No matter what I choose [no, remind later, yes] to the dialogue box It just reboots the phone. Actually, it seems to just reboot the kernel as it instantly drops to the boot screen animation.

Google maps works fine with GPS but other apps can't access gps no matter what the setting.
