Check to see if there is enough battery and you must be on windows 7 32 bit. you can try to solve it by doing the process all over again( that means where you should use the pin/scissors near the memory card)

in the first step, everything went weell, untill i opened flash tool, i choosed the app and the xml, but when i press scan&&download, nothing happen. Can you help me?

1. Reinstall simpleio driver
2. Then connect your phone in download mode
3. then open device manager
4. under "Universal Serial Bus Devices" right click on "Qualcomm MSM Device and then choose "update driver software"
5. then click on "Let me pick a list..."
6. uncheck "show compability devices"(on windows 10)
7. then choose "Uefi usb simple windows phone I/O protocol" then click install.

Then try again the scan and download. it should work

WiFI After wrong flash. Problem.

Hello. Did you manage to recover nv backup? I have the same problem with WiFi after flashing wrong image to phone.
IMEI working and Phone , cellular working but WiFI just want turn ON.

Same thing happened to me , about 8 month i m using w1 without wifi , becouse i did not backup NVRAM before flash the phone , U have to USE QPST NV Tools to Backup NV , I managed to Write IMEI and MAC Address Back to Phone,But WIFI Still not working , I u can take a good nv backup plz let me know

Hi!

I've been trying to update my Huawei W1-U00 to WP 8.1 Update 2 for some time now, but it seemed to be impossible. Yesterday I finally found the way to do it, and I wanted to share this info with you guys.

1. You need to install custom ROM by WojtasXda v1.32 http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2686053

2. Install Preview for Developers, activate it and then install all the updates you can

3. Install registry editor to your phone and change these keys this way:

[HKLM\SYSTEM\Platform\DeviceTargetingInfo]
"PhoneManufacturer" = "ARCHOS"
"PhoneMobileOperatorName" = "000-88"
"PhoneManufacturerModelName" = "BUSHWindowsPhone"

4. Deactivate Preview for Developers and search for updates again

5. Install the updates and that's it. Now you have WP 8.1 Update 2 on your phone!


Other tips:

After step 5 is done, you can use registry editor to change the keys back as they were before

If you want to install some apps made for Lumia Phones only, like Lumia Camera or PhotoBeamer, you first need to set these values:
