did you change your hboot or radio? maybe you could do an update? that was my issue when I first flashed this. can you provide more info? (Network, hboot radio version from fastboot screen?)

New file is UP at androidfilehost (cm-12.1-20150621-UNOFFICIAL-m4.zip), 3 more changes in build.prop:
ro.config.nocheckin=1 #Disable Sending Usage Data
wifi.supplicant_scan_interval=180 #wifi to scan less frequently
ro.mot.eri.losalert.delay=1000 #improve battery under no signal
if you don't want them, please delete them, if there are any issues i am not aware of, please tell me.

in Settings > Apps > Rights (scroll down) I disabled Autostart and Keep Active for some apps which consumed a lot of RAM (see Tab active and in Cache) eg. Amazon, Audible, Online Manager ... (and many more) amazon is still there but uses half memory since then and I do not need the notifications. just go trough your apps and see if you have some which you can disable. It feels a lot more fluid after that but loosing some comfort (notification, auto downloads ...). If you have some which you don't use on a regular basis but want to keep them on your phone juts go trough them and (un)check it. System ~320Mb, Apps ~280Mb, Free ~200Mb

In general the phone behaves pretty strange when out of memory, with adb shell dumpsys meminfo it gave me "Total RAM: 798988 kB (status critical)" and it was totally unusable.

Still present somehow, not sure if it really a memory leak or is it really running out of memory, apps are consuming a lot more today and even the mainstream phones have 1,5 Gb or more. and they are active in the Background, after disabling some of them my phone feels more fluid, just got the settings and one other till now. Will see how it runs during the next week. Sometimes apps just go crazy and mess up your system too. Had stupid battery drain with 4.4 that was why I switched to 5.1.
I am not really maintaining it, just building it from updated cm sources, similar to AndroGeek. If there was something patched in sources since the last build that will be fixed.

@AndroGeek974, happy to hear that and perfect timing. It boots and feel fluid after booting, booting for the first time felt to take a little bit longer and it got pretty warm.
No SIM when switching of Wifi, reconnects after a minute with 3G, Maps seems to work better again (did not work well on my last build). So far very promising.

I just wanted to know if the issue of this rom killing the HTC motherboard is fixed in this latest update as I've already lost one device after having this rom for three days. Ask me for any more details if you haven't heard of this issue before or have also experienced it.

Your TeamEos 5 build "eos-5-20150630-UNOFFICIAL-m4.zip" boots and runs well thus far, i couldn't detect any memory leaks just yet. I will do more testing tomorrow.

Hi,

cm-12.1-20150705-UNOFFICIAL-m4.zip / Android 5.1.1 r6 + TeamEOS Kernel works much better than the non-EOS build.
Google Search and Hangouts get quite laggy after a short while.

1. Every time I reboot, my screen opens with an error message about the settings app.
2. Bluetooth problems (no sound in the headset).
3. Error in "Settings-Sounds-Vibrator intensity".

cant find network/sim, installing SELinux changer won't work because i can't access the security settings, if i try to, the settings app crashes... I guess i need to go back to cm11 then...

Voip calls not working ( Whatts App) with last build , and all rest is very good.
