Its not like the dev was celebrating the chinese new yr or anything which put all development on hold....

The usual spam/fake website claiming a rom in 3 parts. No one ever creates a rom like that. Wait for 5.1

Stuck while installing

While installing this ROM, my recovery is stuck saying "detected dev/block/mmcblk0p12" and after that nothing happens for hours and hours. What is the issue and what can I do to solve this issue?

Thanks. I'll try that. The thing is my recovery isn't frozen as such because the android bot is moving in the background. It's just that nothing happens after it detects dev/block/mmcblk0p12. I'll try formatting the system and changing the recovery

No Cellular connectivity

My phone detects my sim-card and even the network, but there is an exclamation mark next to the cellular connection symbol and says, "call not sent" when you try to make a call. How can I resolve this issue?

For starters, check your apn settings
