Download mirror?

Hi - I've tried downloading via Baidu (i.e. http://pan.baidu.com/s/1o6JWTTK#path=%252Fmokeefor860_5.0) however, when I right-click the file and select 'download' followed by 'normal download', I am required to either login or create an account. Upon trying to create an account, it does not accept my UK phone number.

Additionally I have tried to create an account from here - http://motu.baidu.com/register.html, but when I receive the activation email, the activation page requests a Chinese phone number, which I don't have.

The goo link (comment #40 - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=60298911&postcount=40) - http://goo.gl/0njPwk takes me to a nearly-blank page with the text -
{ "error_code":31326, "error_msg":"anti hotlinking" }

Have also tried TOR, in the event that registration is IP-specific, but there aren't any Chinese exit nodes!

Are there any non-Baidu links around e.g. Mega or DropBox, and is there an MD5 hash or checksum of the original file?

I can upload it to my g drive, but its a borked build with major signal issues. Best bet, stay on CM11 or earlier version

If it's the most recent version (i.e. 16th March), I may just leave it and install BigPart CM11 (am still on Neutrino CM9!).

Out of interest, how did you manage to obtain the ROM - do you have a Chinese number or is there an alternative method?

I forget how i did it, but i was able to register with baidu with just my email. Using that and translating the pages, i was able to figure out how to download the ROM.

I'd previously managed to get a confirmation email using translated pages, but the activation link would then ask for the Chinese number. Oh well....

Re signal issues, presumably this is a baseband issue so, at the risk of stating the obvious, have you tried flashing a different radio?

Bad English or not, you need to read this and understand it.

This is a XDA top tip regarding ETAs

When you assist with development and you solve the radio bug, then we will start to see a stable ROM. If you repo sync now, it will be 5.1. However, we may really be at an eol for development. So if you don't want kitkat, which most users are on compared to the very low percentage of users on lollipop, get a new device.

Installation was, I would say, smooth. Did not take more than 20mins.
For me sound is working. No camera though.

Does anybody have any idea about what gapps can be installed on this rom?
I have tried "pa_gapps-stock-5.0.1-20150315-signed"; "gapps_lollipop-mr1-20150417" and "gapps-5.0.x-20150404-minimal-edition-signed".
All the above gave me "Status 0" installation aborted message.

no, did not work. same "status 0" error. tried "gapps-lpmr1-20150503-signed".
I ended up manually installing gapps though. after some initial hiccups, went well.
