I wiped Google Play services, Google Services Framework, and Gmail data, but still Gmail 5.0 FCs whenever I try to reply to an email. I uninstalled Gmail updates and reinstalled Gmail 4.9 and no problems. I think I'm going to convert it to a user app with TiBu and see if that works. If not I guess I'm wiping the phone and starting over.
Just wanted to follow up with the solution in case anybody else had the same problem. It turns out it was caused by a theme I had applied (Herathon). I disabled the theme, updated to Gmail 5.0 and everything is working as it should.

Coming back from cm12 and doing a clean install of newest nightly (1122) i noticed weird cam behaviour. When taking pictures with automatic flash enabled there is a long delay before the picture is actually taken. Found out focus mode is causing this. By default it is set to continuous. Upon changing it to automatic the delay was gone.

Notification LED and vibration problem

I'm currently use 11-20141126 version and the initial installed version was CM-11-20141124.
From the beginning, Notification LED on front side is not working.
For example, connect charger - LED no response , no battery- no response, app notification - no response.
I tried setting-Display-Notification but it's not working.

And Vibration motor also not working during Incoming calls , messages and notification.
Actually none of action will work. I tried configure vibration power setting but not working.

Funny thing is while I reboot on recovery mode for TWRP then vibration motor is working at that moment even haptic feedback.

Leave updater-script unmodified.
Guess you have removed too many files to slim installation.
Don't remove HTMLViewer.apk from zip-file - it's used and will give this error message.

You can disable apps to save battery (or other reason). Disabled apps will keep this mode between dirty flash nightlies.

Try updating CWM to v6.0.5.1. Maybe it's an issue with an older version on CWM.
You beat me on this one [emoji6] [emoji106]

One of the CM11 compilers has built a Odin flash able 6.0.5.1 and shared on Gdrive. Has exfat support enabled http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=55598741

You have been member since 2013 and done a CM install earlier this year. Sometimes the search functionality of xda is more precise than G**gle.

The zip-file you picked can be flashed using your CWM 6035 - same procedure as CM flashing. Clean cache, install zip.
Odin procedure is further down some posts in link provided in my second reply to you.

Some hints for Recovery Mode and Download Mode here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...to-start-recovery-mode-download-mode-t2949209

S4 active cyanogenmod11-nightly: infrared not working

Hi everybody,
I have been following the thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2658534&page=109
(cmod-11 for s4active) for quite a while. I am very happy with what spegelius and all the others have achieved. Thanks so much !
(I am not allowed to post in that actual thread because my account is new and I dont have sufficiently many posts, maybe somebody can move my post to the appropriate thread).

Anyways, today I realized that the infrared remote control built into the s4active is not working with the current cmod11 nightly (20150103). Maybe something to mention in "known issues" (unless it is working for somebody else...?).

It had been working with original Samsung firmware. There I had tried it with an app "IR remote control" (this was simply the first app i came across for remote control) from google play store. I could control my Philips TV with this and I am pretty sure that I was able to see the IR LED in another mobile phone's camera (as it is infrared light one cannot see it with human eyes).

Also on another s4active phone I am running some earlier version of the nightly, actually from 20140609, and IR is also not working there (I will update that version soon to a more recent version, but I unfortunately I have way too little time to play with my phone ;) ). For both versions, the ir app is not complaining, but the TV does not respond and I also I dont see any IR activity from the LED when filming it with another phone. I think it is not doing anything.

I dont use the IR remote control in everyday life (as you see I realized it only after half a year ;) ) and i dont think it is terribly important, but I just wanted to report back that it seems to be disabled (as on the front page of this thread it says "no known issues" and you were asking for feedback...). Maybe others can confirm this.

Thanks again for the great great work to make cmod happen on the s4active !

What is the general status?

Is the last official cm11 build (cm-11-20150118-NIGHTLY-jactivelte.zip ) good enough to be used on a daily basis?
I have followed development thread regulary. Am I correct in the assumption that there are only minor bugs now? Would be verry nice with a short recap of what's known bugs in the latest cm11 build.
Also if there is an older build that is known to be the most stable.

I am kind of eager to update my current cm-build, and cm12 seems to be a good way from being stable enough for daily use.

Thanks and regards,
Captain.
