Flashed 20150606, seems stable, but ran into major problem. During phone-call, the other part can't hear while speaking to microphone. If I switch to Speaker or Bluetooth (car) everything works normally. Voice search works normally.

Any idea, is it software or hardware related?
Did you do a clean install? I did a clean install of the same build and everything call related works.

Try dirty flashing a newer build? If that doesn't fix it, you may need to do a clean install.
I would, but this is the newest build. Now I just keep on hitting refresh and waiting for something new to arrive, otherwise a clean start should do the trick. Obviously hardware-failure is an option as well, but haven't been throwing around the phone for a while.

But newer builds are available though..?

Thanks anyway! Now I got the official build of 20150609, but it didn't fix it. Next option is clean install I guess.

edit / Also flashed 12.1 unofficial, no change :(

Camera works fine now no crashing. But why don't added more features like google camera. Google camera crashing with cyanogenmod its works only with touch wiz rom. Now we can save the photos to sd card that's perfect ?might official cm12.1 can expect soon

No SIM detected ON cm-12.1-20150624_035814

upgrade from version 12.1-20150620_035911 to 12.1-20150624_035814 and now not recognize my SIM card .

cache cleaning and dalvik and still does not recognize any SIM.

I was experiencing problems with gapps crashing, here is what solved it in my case:
1. "Wipe dalvik cache" (found under "Advanced")
2. "Wipe data/factory reset"
3. "Format /system" partition (found under "mounts and storage") - this was crucial!
4. Installed the gapps-lp-20150420-signed.zip from ItVends! (TK Gapps keep crashing - tried different packages, but ASOP Keyboard kept crashing over and over again).

No gapps crashing at boot time any more.
